Can I schedule a trial?

Yes, of course! Whether you’re a bride or just want to schedule a trial before your big event, I do offer previews for a discounted rate. Let me know in the comments section of my booking form to inquire about those prices.

Can I request airbrush foundation?

Yes! I am airbrush certified, so we can upgrade your services at the time of booking.

What is included in my services?

With all of my makeup services, I offer a complimentary faux lash application and touch up kit. With my hair services, I provide a complimentary mini touch up kit.

What is the time frame for each service?

For a makeup service, the time frame is 45-60 minutes. For my hair services, the time frame is 30-45 minutes. While this is the standard time frame, more detailed services are subject to increase.

Are tips included?

Tips are not included in the price, although they are greatly appreciated and 100% up to the client’s discretion.

Do I travel?

Yes! I do travel, although I do charge a travel fee. I charge $.75 per mile round trip up to 100 miles. Anything above 100 miles will be an additional fee. More details are included in your All-In-One booking project.

Do I have a referral policy?

For sure! I offer 15% off each service for every client you refer to me. Just have them fill out your name on the booking form under the referral tab.

Why should I book a trial?

I highly recommend booking a trial session. Booking a trial session before your wedding day ensures that your hair and makeup looks exactly how you envision, giving you peace of mind and allowing any adjustments to be made ahead of time for a flawless appearance on your big day!

How long does a trial last?

A trial lasts about 60 minutes per serivce. We want to ensure every little detail is perfected.

Do you require a retainer fee?

Yes, a 50% retainer fee is required at the time of booking. This is to ensure your wedding day is set in stone.

What is a timeline?

A timeline is essentially our schedule for the day of! It allows an insight of how your wedding day should run for our hair and makeup services. It can be shared with bridesmaids, moms and planners!

What are your office hours?

Since we are so busy perfecting your look on your wedding day, we are only open Monday-Thursday for office inquires. Friday-Sundays are reserved for the glam!

When should I expect a response to my inquiry?

Please allow 24-72 hours (especially Friday-Sunday) to receive a response to your inquiry, We want to have our main focus on you when locking down your wedding day details.
